Orders received by 3.00pm on a weekday will be shipped either the same day or the following day.orders recieved at the weekends are shipped out on mondays .
it takes 24 to 48 hours for delivery . we always send parcels via Royal Mal Recorded delivery service.or Desapatchbay.com for  Big Boxed Items Ie Jackets and Scooters
If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock(please include your mobile no as we send text or call in case of query), you will be notified email or a phone call.
A confirmation of  shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped.

Uk Delivery
Deliveries are sent First Class Recorded Delivery   or despatchbay.com, so need a signature on delivery otherwise the postman
will leave a card through your door.

 we use Next day shipping via despatch Bay which talkes 3 days(1 day for booking and collection)

Returns Policy
If you’re not happy with the items you’ve bought from us, simply return them,  within 14 days for an exchange or refund.. Please return the item to the sending branch which is indicated on the delivery note.
For Security reasons please use the Recorded delivery Service from the Royal Mail.which is signed for on reciept.
Please retain your return receipt in case of lost parcel.      Please note postage cost will not be rebated.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right too cancel your order within 7 working days without giving reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.

 Return of Goods Procedure for Returning to an Hardedge Store
You will need to take the following items with you when you take goods to store for a refund:
* Original Sales Invoice /dispatch Note and a note with Clear instructions to refund or exchange
*refund will be actioned Via Paypoint , A confirmation email is always sent to the registered email address/User id of a refund.

Goods returned to hardedgeuk.com or to an Hardedge store must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect, as-new condition.

Faulty Goods
If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item sent in error ,a full refund will be given, plus the cost of postage .
